A logo pulled from your website or a Word document is usually too low-resolution to print. If you are not sure which files you have, ask whoever designed your logo for the "vector source files."

The most important file on this form. Vector files scale to any size without losing quality, which is what we need for banner printing.

At least 1000px on the longest side. Used for web placement.

If your brand has a version for light and dark backgrounds, send the second one here.

If you have a PDF covering logo usage rules, clear space, or approved variations.

Artwork approval

Per our Agreement, all materials using your name or logo require written approval before they go up. Proofs will be sent to this person.
